According to ETtoday, an unnamed Central League team from the NPB has offered 林盛恩 (Lin Sheng-En) a contract around 1.4 million USD.

As per baseball columnist Wang Yi-Hsuan (@YihsuanWang_), although Japanese team's offer is higher, Lin Sheng-En prefers go to the MLB system.
